Will there be
a vegetarian option on our dinner or hors d'oeuvres
menu? Yes.
There will be a selection
of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian entrees.
Are costumes
mandatory?
Although costumes are not mandatory, we encourage everyone to
get into the spirit of the evening.
Are children
or pets allowed? No. During the planning of this
event, our members participated in polls: one of those polls was
regarding what direction we
would take in reference to children. Because there will
be liquor and some very fancy (or even sexy) costumed witches in
attendance, the majority vote was no. As to our pets,
unfortunately the venues we are pursuing will not allow pets.
May I take a
camera? Although
we will have a wonderful, professional photographer set
up and ready to take a terrific shot of you for a
minimal fee, you may bring your own camera. However, as a
courtesy, we ask that you please ask the guest if they
mind, before taking anyone's picture.
Will I be
able to refund my ticket, should I decide I cannot
attend? No, we apologize, but this is a charity
donation based event. We have an obligation to pull
through with our commitment, so we will have to require
that you do the same.
Is the event
wheelchair access friendly?
Yes, our venue will be ADA compliant.
Are there
codes of conduct? Yes, our Meet Up members will
require that everyone attending act in a responsible and
courteous way towards all our guests and each other.
The following offenses will not be tolerated and
offenders will be asked to leave by our security
personnel (typically off-duty police officers): obnoxious, intoxicated behavior, drugs
on property, and possession of any firearms or weapons.
If you
have additional questions, please feel free to
email us.
